Why my NFT does not appear in the TAG Heuer Connected app*?
The main reasons if your NFT does not appear it could be:
- The wallet linked does not contain the expected NFT. Make sure you connected the correct wallet.
- The NFT synchronization is still in progress. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
- The NFT format is not supported (we only support PNG, JPEG, GIF)
*The NFTs are displayed via the watchface Lens, only available for the Connected Watch Calibre E3 and Calibre E4.
