What should I do if I can’t access the 出门问 Play store?
If you can’t access the 出门问 Play store, first make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi. If a Wi-Fi connection isn’t available, try using your phone as a hotspot.
If you’re connected to Wi-Fi but still can’t access the 出门问 Play store, resetting your watch may fix the issue:
Once you've reset your watch, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and select the option to forget the device. Then pair your watch with your phone again. Once your phone and your watch are paired, check if you can access the 出门问 Play store.

If you’re connected to Wi-Fi but still can’t access the 出门问 Play store, resetting your watch may fix the issue:
- Swipe down on the watch face or press the power button
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap System
- Tap Disconnect & reset
