If your watch and phone aren’t properly connected, you’ll see a broken cloud icon
on your watch face.
To reconnect your watch and phone with Bluetooth, please:
Does your phone have an internet connection?
Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G).
Is your watch on Airplane mode?
Make sure your watch isn’t on Airplane mode.
Here’s how to check:
When Airplane mode is off, the icon will have a line through it
. When Airplane mode is activated, the icon will be brighter and the line will disappear
. If it’s on, tap the icon to turn it off.
Restart your watch and phone
If you’ve made the checks above and your phone and watch still aren’t connecting with Bluetooth, restarting your watch and your phone may fix the problem.
