I can’t log in to TAG Heuer Connected app - what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in to the TAG Heuer Connected app, check the following:
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app on your phone
  • Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G)
  • Make sure your login details are correct (email/password, or account details)

If you’ve forgotten your password:
  • Tap Forgotten your sign in details?- the TAG Heuer Connected support site will open
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password

If you’re still not able to log in to the TAG Heuer Connected app:
  • Uninstall the TAG Heuer Connected app and re-install it again 
  • Enter your credentials
