Do I have to provide the invoice for the Connected Watch trade in?​

Proof of purchase is not mandatory. Nevertheless, we recommend bringing or sending all the documents that you have to facilitate the trade-in process. However, please note that we will be able to find your watch in our system even if you don’t have access to the papers anymore.​
