Do I have to provide the invoice for the Connected Watch trade in?
Proof of purchase is not mandatory. Nevertheless, we recommend bringing or sending all the documents that you have to facilitate the trade-in process. However, please note that we will be able to find your watch in our system even if you don’t have access to the papers anymore.
