My watch is lost or stolen - what should I do?

If your mechanical or connected watch has been lost or stolen, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Report the loss or theft to the local authorities
Please contact your local police station to report the loss or theft. Make sure to provide all relevant details, including the model and serial number of your watch, if available.

2. Inform TAG Heuer
Once the police report has been filed, please contact our Customer Care team and provide the following documents and information:

  • A copy of the police report
  • The watch serial number
  • The watch model
  • The purchase invoice

For Connected Watch Calibre E5 2025, please also provide:

  • The physical serial number of the watch
  • The software serial number

You can find the physical serial number on the purchase invoice.
For Connected Watch Calibre E5, you can also find the physical serial number and the software serial number directly in the TAG Heuer Connected app by going to:

Settings > Watch Settings > About

While TAG Heuer cannot recover lost or stolen watches, having this information on record may help in certain cases.

What if I own a Connected Watch?

Unfortunately, TAG Heuer does not have the ability to track, locate, or remotely block a lost or stolen connected watch.

However, we still encourage you to report the incident to our Customer Care team and provide the information listed above, so that the case can be recorded in our system.
