The TAG Heuer Connected watch mirrors the notifications from your phone. When notifications appear on your phone, they are also displayed on your watch if you have enabled the permissions. Notifications are enabled by default and appear in chronological order. On your watch, you will see a number in a circle indicating how many notifications are waiting for you to view.
1- Viewing & managing your notifications
To review your notifications after they disappear from the screen, you can access them in the Notifications Tray by swiping up on the watch face screen.
Notifications are managed from your phone’s settings and the TAG Heuer Connected phone app if you have a Calibre E4, and Wear OS by Google app if you own a Calibre E3, E2, or E1.
2- Managing notifications on Apple - iPhone
iPhone settings
- On your iPhone, go to Settings.
- Select Bluetooth > Select your watch > Make sure Share system notifications is enabled.
- Go back to Settings > Select Notifications.
- Select the desired app, such as WhatsApp.
- Follow these settings:
- Allow notifications.
- Alerts: enable Notification Centre.
- Show previews: select When unlocked or Always.
For Calibre E3 (on Wear OS 2) and Calibre E4 (on Wear OS 3)
Once the notifications well setup on the iPhone settings, it can be managed on the TAG Heuer Connected app > Settings > Alert & notifications.
For previous generations, notifications can be handled in the Wear OS by Google in the settings.
3- Managing notifications on Android phones
- On your phone, go to Settings.
- Select Apps & notifications.
- Choose the desired app.
- Configure the notification settings.
4- Managing notifications on your watch
To navigate notifications on your watch:
- Swipe up to access your notifications.
- Swipe up and down to browse them in the Notifications Tray.
- Tap a notification to view more details.
- Swipe right on a notification to close it.
You can also quickly disable all notifications on your watch:
- Swipe down on the watch face.
- Tap the Do Not Disturb icon.
Alternatively, on the watch:
- Go to Settings > Apps and notifications.
- Select the settings you wish to configure. Settings may vary for each generation.
